Being able to Code does not make you a Good Developer!
(Lightning talk, 10 min)
Rune Sundling (Objectware)
Lars Arne Skår (Miles)
Thursday, 3 June 2010: Main Conference
Developers need to know how to create and maintain code, use an analytical approach to problems, and be aware of a range of technologies, patterns and best practices. But a good developer needs to focus on a lot more than that! I’ll take a closer look at why personal responsibility, cooperation, communication and personal traits are important.
The lightning talk will focus on knowledge easily implemented in practice, not hard to follow abstract terms.
