Author(s): Rune Sundling (Objectware)
Session: Personal Development

Time: 10:30-12:00
Developers need to know how to create and maintain code, use an analytical approach to problems, and be aware of a range of technologies, patterns and best practices. But a good developer needs to focus on a lot more than that! I’ll take a closer look at why personal responsibility, cooperation, communication and personal traits are important. The lightning talk will focus on knowledge easily implemented in practice, not hard to follow abstract terms.
