Three years after sneaking in Agile methology into one of several software development departments in the largest bank in Norway,
we ask our selves if it was worth the effort? What started out as a stealth approach has become "the way we do projects".
But not without a struggle. How do you navigate an Agile project in a waterfall-centric organization?
What kind of roles and persons do you need to succeed? What is not important and what are the things you ought not to leave out?
With lots of experience to show to, this talk will discuss the organizational impact when adopting Agile methodology.
